Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to hello@ansurofnorway.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been packed yet, we will do our best to change it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with the methods shown at the bottom of every page and at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

Are prices including VAT?

Yes. All prices are in NOK and include all taxes and charges. You will not pay anything that was not shown before purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. See Shipping & delivery for options and prices.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all orders over NOK 1,500.

Do you ship outside Norway?

Yes. We ship all over the world with UPS. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import duties and local taxes in the destination country. See Shipping & delivery.

How do I return an item?

Email hello@ansurofnorway.com and we will send you a QR code to bring to your local post office. Read more under Returns & refunds.

Is it free to exchange a size?

Yes. Exchanging for another size or model is free. A standard return costs NOK 69.

How do I find my size?

Use our Size & fit guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a looser fit or the smaller for a closer fit.

What do the runes on the garments mean?

Each piece carries a symbol from the Norse and Nordic Futharks. Read more on Runes & meaning.

How should I wash my shell jacket?
