Product Care

Made to last. Looked after well, it lasts longer still. Always follow the care label inside each garment.

Shell jackets and trousers (Thor)

• Close all zips and velcro before washing.
• Wash on a gentle cycle with a detergent made for technical outerwear. No fabric softener.
• Rinse well and hang to dry.
• The durable water repellent finish wears over time. Reproof with a wash-in or spray-on product when water stops beading.

Fleece (Bjørn)

• Wash inside out on a cool, gentle cycle.
• Hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying to keep the loft.

Wool and knits (Rán, Odin)

• Air between wears. Wool needs washing less often than you think.
• Hand wash or use a wool cycle, cool water, wool detergent.
• Dry flat, away from direct heat.

Cotton jersey and sweats

• Wash inside out at a low temperature to protect prints and embroidery.
• Hang to dry.

Repairs

Things that are used get worn. If your garment is damaged, write to hello@ansurofnorway.com with your order number and a photo, and we will find a solution with you.
